The essentials for approval.

Investors
For our fix and flip loan product, we require that the borrower is not nor or planning to occupy the home in the future, has the ability to perform the debt service as demonstrated by income or experience.

Adequate Reserves
Investors are responsible to come in with at least 10% of acquisition costs and show reserves or source for funds for rehab if not borrowed from Aegis.

Good credit?
We’re not credit driven, but having good credit still has its perks, the sweet spot is a middle score over 600. Contact your loan rep today for more details.

Apply
You can complete our application in as little as 10 minutes, the application consists of the standard loan application (1003) and some proprietary forms.  Rates and terms are dependent on your application. The more information you provide, the more options we can provide you with.
